Provide your own database

In order to generate random secondary structures you have to provide

• a database of structures used to derive a stochastic model (the structres need to be encoded in bar bracket notation, an example can be found here);
• the minimal size, maximal size, stepsize and number of the structures to be generated.

Min. Size:
Max. Size:		(at most 500)
Stepsize:		(integer >0)
Number:		(of each size; a maximal total of 1000)

Since the computations to be performed are rather time-consuming they are submitted to a queue; the output (a text file with the generated structures) will eventually be provided for download.
